Thanksgiving is all about gathering around good food, and this year we’re making it easier than ever to bring local, high-quality ingredients to your table. We’re partnering with two trusted vendors, Palouse Pastured Poultry and Hannah’s Corner Bakery, to offer pre-orders for turkeys and freshly baked holiday treats.

Whether you’re hosting a full family feast or keeping things simple, here’s how to reserve what you need.

🦃 Pasture-Raised Turkeys from Palouse Pastured Poultry

If you’re looking for a turkey raised with intention, transparency, and care, Palouse Pastured Poultry is the real deal. Their birds are:

  • raised on open grass and sunflower pastures
  • fed a locally milled diet that is GMO-free, soy-free, and corn-free (made from peas, wheat, canola, and triticale)
  • never given antibiotics
  • hand-butchered on-farm using a WSDA-certified mobile processing unit
  • shrink-wrapped and fresh for up to 12 days (or up to 2 years frozen)

These turkeys represent the gold standard of local poultry, and they sell out every year.

If fresh rolls, pies, and sweet treats are a must for your holiday table, Hannah has you covered. Everything is made from scratch with the same care she brings to her small-batch baking throughout the year.

Menu Includes

  • Dinner Rolls (dozen)
  • Cinnamon Rolls (½ dozen or dozen)
  • Apple Cinnamon Rolls
  • Pumpkin Roll (slice or full 10″ log)
  • Pumpkin Cheesecake (5″ or 9″)
  • Pecan Pie (5″ or 9″)
  • Coconut Cream Pie (5″ or 9″)

How to Pre-Order

  1. Pick up a paper order form at the front counter inside Scale House Market.
  2. Fill it out with your selections and contact information.
  3. Return the form to the register.
  4. Pick up your order on Wednesday, November 26.

This helps Hannah bake precisely what’s needed for the holiday rush, ensuring everything is fresh and nothing is wasted.
