    $200/hour (2-hour minimum)
    An intimate, light-filled space ideal for small gatherings, meetings, and receptions.

  • Market Floor

    $400/hour (4-hour minimum)
    The heart of Scale House — wide open and full of character. Perfect for markets, large receptions, and community events.

  • Outdoor Market

    $400/hour (4-hour minimum)
    Seasonal outdoor space for markets, festivals, and open-air gatherings.

Add-Ons

  • Audio / Basic AV Package — $250
  • Kitchen access (secondary to main rental) — $25/hour
  • On-site event staff — $30/hour per staff member
  • Food Safety Person-In-Charge (required for outside food/beverage vendors) — $60/hour
  • Linens — $3–$10/unit
  • Dishware — $3–$10/unit

Outside food and beverage vendors require prior written approval and a separate vendor agreement.

  • Nonprofit Pricing

    Qualified 501(c)(3) organizations may be eligible for 10–25% off venue rental rates, available Monday–Thursday. Staffing, food safety, and compliance fees are not discounted. Proof of nonprofit status required.

  • How to Book

    A $200 non-refundable deposit holds your date and is applied toward your total balance. Two planning meetings with our event coordinator are included. Balance is due in full 30 days before your event.
