Bringing the Vintage Harvest Faire to Spokane: A Celebration of Fall, Community, and Local Flavor
Share
We asked ourselves: what would we love to see in Spokane for a fall festival? A place where families, friends, and the community could gather, where local farmers and artisans could showcase their seasonal produce and handmade goods, and where the spirit of autumn, from crisp air to pumpkins and hay bales, could be fully celebrated. The result? The Vintage Harvest Faire at Scale House Market, running throughout September and October.
Unlike the sprawling fruit orchards and corn mazes of Green Bluff, our festival brings fall to the heart of Spokane Valley. Visitors can stroll through a carefully curated marketplace filled with local seasonal produce, rotating food vendors, artisan goods, and live music. Whether you’re grabbing a latte, sampling farm-fresh eats, or hunting for handmade gifts, there’s something for everyone.
A Community-Focused Fall Experience
The faire isn’t just about shopping, it’s also about connection. Kids can enjoy family-friendly games, while photo opportunities with festive displays like hay bales, pumpkins, and cornstalks give you the perfect backdrop for fall memories. Local musicians fill the air with live tunes, making the entire market feel like a celebration.
Kickoff Event: Cookout at the Market
We’re kicking off the Vintage Harvest Faire with our Cookout at the Market on Saturday, September 27, from 12–4 PM.
This community cookout will feature:
- Browning Beef: Grass-finished, local beef burgers grilled fresh
- Johnson Homestead: Local vendor goods for seasonal sides and treats
- Blissful Whisk: Dessert using local fruits
- Seasonal produce from our farmer vendors
- Live music from Mia Lenay (11 AM–1 PM) and Michael Kirkpatrick (1–4 PM)
- Fun, family-friendly vibes for all ages
Chef Jesse and Steven will be leading the grilling and cooking, making it the perfect kickoff to a month of fall festivities.
