Two-Part Class with Mother Madison
Description: Turn apples and honey into real, living apple cider vinegar. This two-part class follows the whole fermentation from start to finish. On September 26, you'll hear what apple cider vinegar actually is, where it comes from, and how fermentation works, then set up your own jar to take home and tend for two weeks. On October 10, bring it back: you'll strain it, prep it for its long ferment, taste a few finished vinegars at different ages, and learn how long to let yours sit. Made with honey from Vets on the Farm and apples from Whitestone.
What's Included:
- Two sessions with Mother Madison: one hour on Sept 26, 30 minutes on Oct 10
- Jar, apples, and honey for your starter batch
- Vinegar tasting at Part 2
- One ticket covers both dates
