Description: Why are bagels boiled? Kids find out in this two-hour class. They watch a lean bagel dough mixed and kneaded, then portion and shape their own mini bagels, learning what gives a bagel its chew and shine. After the boil, they hit the topping station: everything seasoning, sesame, cinnamon sugar, cheese, and more. Everyone tastes one hot from the oven, and three mini bagels go home with the recipe.

Price: $20 per kid

Classes require a minimum of 5 students to run. If this minimum isn't met, the class will be cancelled and you'll receive a full refund.
