Description: Weekend breakfast, handled. In this two-hour class, kids learn the biscuit method and why cold butter is the secret, then make, fold, cut, and bake their own flaky biscuits. While those bake, they team up to make sausage gravy from scratch: browning, building a roux, whisking in milk, and getting the consistency right. Everyone tastes biscuits and gravy together, and two biscuits go home with the recipe.
