Description: One weekend, start to finish. This two-day workshop follows sourdough from mixed dough through fermentation, shaping, and the final bake, with Amanda guiding every step. Saturday is dough day. Sunday you bake. It's the full arc of the process in one place, and you go home with a Sourdough Essential Tool Kit so the next loaf happens in your own kitchen.
